No panels, no installation, no cost to sign up. Subscribers support a local solar farm and receive credits on their electric bill. Your job is simply to explain it well.

We're contracted with SunShare and US Solar, two major community solar developers, which means the capacity is real and the paperwork is done. You knock, you close, you get paid.

No experience required. We build reps from scratch with scripts, shadowing, and daily coaching from people who are still out on the doors themselves.

Community solar lets households benefit from solar power without putting anything on their roof. A solar farm is built locally, and residents subscribe to a share of its output.

What is community solar?

Do I need sales experience to work at Ascend?
No. We train every rep from day one. What we look for is work ethic, coachability, and the willingness to knock doors. Many of our best performers started with zero sales experience.
